Pavement driver on murder charge
At last - the correct charge for the crime committed. QUOTE: "A man has been arrested following the death of a bodybuilder killed when he was apparently struck by a car driving on a pavement. Dad-of-two Richard Pencott was killed when an Audi ran over him as he was cycling in Harworth, Nottinghamshire. He died instantly upon impact, with friend Sam Spaven initially arrested accused of carrying out a hit and run.
