Looks pretty much like a call centre anywhere, big office full of
clueless people with computers and telephones, could be India, could be
Moncton, NB in Canada, could be Boca Raton Florida....

is named Joe?

I'm not sure if the video quality was that bad that you couldn't see, but I
think the writer was the only white guy there, so it was probably India.

The Wog's irony rings true: geographical location is the only
distinction between these otherwise uniform facilities.
