Default Fuji Track Frames

Does anyone know if the sizing on a fuji track frame from maybe 2000/2001 is
skewed like thier current road frames are (usually 54cm being like a
standard 56cm)? I ride a Scattante compact geometry 54cm and this Fuji
Track bike is 54cm. Any ideas or suggestions?
