Floyd Landis Federal Court Lawsuit

I've pasted the results of a U.S. Party/Case Index search below. Read
it, and you'll see that Floyd Landis' name doesn't show up anywhere in
the search results. Floyd Landis' attorneys are registered PACER
users, so they can file lawsuits and motions online. If the suit or
motion was filed, it would have been filed online (more than
likely).

So are you saying the ESPN article is a hoax and that this lawsuit was
never filed? Something tells me you are making an incorrect assumption
with this PACER inference. Specifically, why would they HAVE to file it
via PACER just because they are PACER members?

Maybe they just dropped it off at the clerk's office and it didn't get
docketed into the system yet?

Most, if not most all, federal courts now use all electronic filing
systems.
PACER is the just the Public Access to Court Electronic Records.
