Default Eugene McGee's Case Discussed in ABC RN Law Report

The Eugene McGee case is becoming noticed nationally.
On ABC Radio National, this morning's Law Report spent a good 15 - 20
minutes discussing the legal aspects of the Eugene McGee hit & run
killing of a cyclist.
IIRC, the discussion covered such things as justice vs fairness vs legal
process, and one law for lawyers & one law for others.
The spokesman for the SA lawyers' association was defending their
position that the verdict was just because the correct process was
followed.

The program will be repeated tonight (24/5/2005) at 20:00 (8pm) on ABC
Radio National (whatever you local frequency is).

The transcript can be found at
http://www.abc.net.au/rn/talks/8.30/...s/s1374457.htm

Let's see what becomes of this.
