Default F & S Duomatic hub gear servicing - Grease type(s)

I've found an old F & S Duomatic hub gear. It works but is quite dirty
internally due to the disintegration of the dust cover on the sprocket
side.

It has a 10.5mm axle and a grease nipple. From what I have found out so
far there was at least one other type made later with a thinner axle.

Can anyone help with any servicing instructions in particular the types
of grease recommended and any instructions on how much play to leave in
the cones? Sachs part number for the grease would be fine if no more
generic information is available.
