Default The Tour de France 2012 final stage cycling work out

Reckon you're the new Lance Armstrong, Alberto Contador, Bradley Wiggins or Mark Cavendish?

We're not expecting you to complete the entire Tour de France in this challenge, just the final glory stage onto the Champs Elysee.

The challenge is simple: who can ride the same distance as the final stage the quickest.

This year it's a mere 95km - do it in the gym or on the road, and remember to imagine you're coasting to the yellow jersey for the whole time.

Note: quaffing champagne while you pedal is not recommended, especially in the gym!

Take the challenge at http://www.konkura.com/challenge/?ui...cling+work+out
