Maybe they are going to submit it to the Guinness Book
for 'World's Biggest Arse' category?
That's someone filming and someone photographing
cyclists (me) in the same week!? WTF is with that??

Sorry Hippy, you know I win the biggest arse competition! I have been
cultivating mine over winter. You've got no chance.

LOL.. okay for an official result we need more recent photos.
I am happy to concede however and be happy with the state
title.. ;-)

Well that's why I 'bumped' into you the other nght. I was
actually stalking you and gathering evidence. Unfortunately,
your arse is nowhere near the quantity required for the GB.

Damn! Back to Cadbury's for some dietary advice then..
Maybe they just like black lycra-clad dudes? I hope it was
a woman! ;-)

they are driving their beloved 4WD...

Speaking of the "beloved $WD" I very nearly got cleaned up a month
or so ago by a BBB (Big Black Beemer (x5 or whatever)).
Anyone here know Keilor Rd. around the Essendon North primary
school? The silly bitch hurtled out of the fast food outlet opposite
the school almost under the wheels of a tram so she could do a U turn
and get across the road, presumably so the brat(s) wouldn't have to
cross the road at the light controlled crossing. She pulled up, double
parked of course, blocking the bike lane leaving me with nothing else
to do bar cross the tram track at a distressingly narrow angle. I
managed, just, to not go down the tram track and get past the
BBB - probably attaining a world record heart rate in the process.

Nothing unusual you say - after all we're cyclists and we expect that
sort of bahaviour from BBB drivers, right ? BUT, do they normally drive
while holding a 'phone to their ear with the left hand and, get this,
STEERING with the right hand which was also holding a cup of something
from the fast food outlet ?

For probably the only time in my life I was totally stuck for words. All
I could do was shake my head and laugh.

Love it when you’re riding long the road & a car waiting to turn ont
the road stops, sees that it’s a cyclist & then fangs it out of th
side street ahead of you because you’re on a bicycle & they’re afrai
of getting held up if they wait for you to pass first.
Sometimes I’m on the anchours ‘cos they don’t accellerate as fast a
thery think they do & there is also all that lovely exhaust & mayb
dust you get to breath in & all.
Makes it all worthwhile

Oh, now you remind me of the granny incident two
weeks ago... I'm in MY lane, trackstanding waiting

My favourite granny incident was actually as a spectator on a motorbike
on Springvale. Riding along in peak hr with a long tanker truck in the
middle lane and granny in a small car in the left lane. She was all over
the place and then managed to veer across till half her car was under
the truck, then veered back into her lane again without even realising
what she'd done. I shat myself and backed right off because if they'd
got tangled I was the next to go down. I'm sure everyone who has seen
the National lampoon Vacation movie where Chevy Chase did this has
laughed and said it could never actually happen, but I get a shiver down
my spine whenever I see that scene now.

I think I need blue knicks.. black is too slimming.
A close-up shot from directly behind would surely
breach my ISP's rules for disgusting content.. ;-)
