Default Salt Lake - Southeast benches

I rode a great road bike ride today. This is the benches (foothills of
the mountains) in the southeast section of Salt Lake valley. 28 miles,
2000 feet of climbing, up to 9% grades and some rolling hills.

That is a good one. I'm usually riding the northern benches though....
