WTB:650c Front clincher lightweight wheel Zipp 303 or Elan

I am looking for a light weight low profile clincher front for use in IMH. I
already have the Rolf Vector Comp a good wheel that weighs quite a bit more
than my Zipp 404. But I get blown around of it too much. I looking that
would be lighter than The Rolf.
