Gotta wonder if TK still thinks Vino is smart enough to be a DS, given
his display today where he rode away from his 5th man in the TTT???

yes, that was really amateur hour there. they cost themselves a few
seconds no doubt by not slowing enough to keep that 5th man in the
draft. probably pretty demoralizing too to have your team leader
waving his arms, shaking his head, and humiliating you coming to the
line like that too ... i mean, the guy was giving it everything he had

but how about liquigas ... am i the only one surprised that they
outgunned sky?

From the pezcyclingnews.com article:

One of the sport's greatest time trialists of all time, Chris
Boardman, just wrote this gem on Twitter: "Vino knows how to motivate
his guys in TTT: ride 50m in front of utterly spent teammate turning
around periodically to shake head, revolutionary."

I'm sure Vino has lots of offers as a DS waiting for him when he
retires from racing.

Dumbass -

You gotta be a little bit dense to think that Vino has anything whatsoever
upstairs. The way that he got busted for doping was just sooooo dumb.

He may be stupid, but I'll give him credit for one thing. Dude has a lot of
willpower.

thanks,

Fred. presented by Gringioni.

In that Russian-mob-boss sort of way.

Why would Vino need DS offers? He has his own team. Just sit back
and wait for him to tell you that.

He may be stupid, but his actions qualify him as Patron Saint of RBR.
Gotta love that "Dumbass!" look.

Well, he is multi-lingual, not that there's anything wrong with that.
