Default fixed gears

Fixed gear bike riders are being persecuted in portland because the
police interperet the law as meaning you need a braking mechanism.
Fixed Gear bikes are pretty easy to ride and stop just takes a bit of
time to get it down just as riding any other bike. if its obvious that
this law is ludacris then what can be done when bikers are getting
tickets left and right and the lawmakers are seeing it in much
different contexts.???

Give the man a one handed clap.
It goes without saying they don't stop the ones that CAN stop.
