"there are no leaders" is an inadequate attempt to avoid prosecution when
someone gets hurt or killed.
Jym is known to the NYPD as the organizer, director of Critical Mass events
in NYC, and will be held accountable. If you get hurt or arrested on this
organized event, get good legal representation.

TIME'S UP! invites bikes and bells to Saturday's RingOut
demonstration at Ground Zero. It's the RINGOUT BIKE BELL RIDE.

What: WTC/Ground Zero Observance
Sound Performance composed by Pauline Oliveros
When: Saturday, August 28, 2004, 5:00PM
Whe Albany St. and West St.
at the Hudson River Greenway

Ring out the old, Ring in the new!
Ring out the false, Ring in the true!

RingOut.org organizes circular demonstrations. Rings symbolize
unity and solidarity. Demonstrate in rings, ringing bells.
Encircle to defend! Encircle to chastise!

TIME'S UP! organizes bicycle rides and demonstrations. Bicycles
have chainrings and, ideally, bicycle bells.

TIME'S UP! invites bicyclists to join us and RingOut for a World
Trade Center/Ground Zero observance. As people on feet encircle
the site with their bells, we will ride in rings around the site
with our bells.

Bicyclists on the Greenway will be ringing in the west,
expressing qualities of sunset, visions, and dreams.

Show up with as many bells as you can handle, including the
one(s) on your bike. If you need a bike bell, we have a limited
supply.

If you want to ring bells but don't have a bike, see RingOut.org
for details about the on-foot event. This is a late addition to
the Bike National Convention, so it doesn't appear on printed
calendars. Please spread the word. With bells on!
