Why on Earth would anyone riding a bicycle at 40mph need to take both
hands off the bars to blow their nose? I refer of course to the Chris
Froome crash.

I did know a football fan who whilst driving his ROAD VEHICLE took his
hands of the wheel to applaud his team whilst listening to his radio.
A policeman saw him do this and the football fan was reported and fined.
Why should a ****ing ****head cyclist on a ROAD VEHICLE be treated any
differently?

Using your 'logic' F1 drivers at the Monaco GP should have to follow at a minimum of 2 second intervals.
Not that this would make the 'sport' any less boring.
