Wrong. The U.S. is subsidizing it. Almost all of the cost in postal
services is in the delivery to individual addresses.

So how does China Post operate its aircraft? On three gallons of
electrolyte mix? Somehow they manage to arrive here.

China Post operate airplanes?

They do.

And the Boeing 747 you see on the picture flies on three gallons of
electrolyte mix from Shenzhen to Oakland or how do they manage sub-$1
postage fes for large packages?

Probably because it carried 154 tons of cargo.

Not to mention that they are paying USPS MORE to deliver said
packages than they charge their own customers to send it here.

Just imagine: Two long-handled and angled 1.5" paint brushes, making for
a somewhat bluky package, sent airmail from Hong Kong to here in
California, arrived within a week, grand total including shipping was $2.96.

Nope. The actual cost per kilogram over that distance is normally above
$4. It simply does not compute.

in fairness, marginal freight such as mail goes on a 'space
available' basis. If the plane is full it goes in the next
empty ULD slot, sorta like flying standby, at a lower rate.

While that is true in many cases the entire luggage area is filled with boxes of mail. This was part of the fire hazard I talked about when that plane disappeared into nowhere.

The battery exploded setting a fire. This fire was directly beneath the electronics wiring for the entire aircraft. It is also directly adjacent to the luggage compartment. The fire beneath the pilots compartment would have overcome the pilots almost immediately. Since the pilots compartment is almost unbreakable and can only be opened from inside so-long aircraft. The fires in the luggage compartment would have dumped the smoke directly into the passenger area overcoming them in very short order.

I understand that someone took me serious about using the ship's batteries as a power source and they now use ground power units as they should have from the beginning.
