Default Ritchey Race Slicks Pro running small?

Hi,

just happen to have purchased some 23-622 Ritchey Race Slicks Pro.
In general a nice tire from the looks and spec, but it seems to run
very small in diameter, ie. mounting on an MA2 rim is a major pain.

Known issue, fabrication tolerance, or me screwing up?
