He WILL be missed. I never met the man, but his answers to bicycle
questions were always very helpful.

I do not understand an enthusiast and a specialist like Sheldon Brown, never
having had any enthusiasm or a specialty myself. But I suppose the world
needs his type. I am strictly a once over lightly type. His personal website
is an amazing repository of bike information and bike lore.
