I didn't, but I concur that they do/are, though the cooler visual aspect
relies on them being reasonably well packed out. But having said that,
the Fiero (which looks pretty damn cool to start with) actually looks
even better with the packed out panniers on, so for maximum phat[1]
effect you could just fill them up with helium balloons! ;-)

[1] that may be the word hip cool dudes use to describe hip, cool
things, but of course I'm not completely sure...
