I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I've been there (a long time
ago) and would do it again if I could. I don't think I was wrong then,
and I don't think I'm wrong now.

Yep, and Chung isn't a knee jerk reactionary. War done totally
incompetently and for the profit of a select few is. I still have no
regrets about removing Hussein, especially after Clinton and Albright
lowered the bar in Kosovo and Africa, which made it possible for Bush
to go to war too. I do think that in the long run both Afghanistan, and
Iraq will be better off.
I do wonder whether we should've taken the Russian/Chinese line in
supporting our people no matter what, and let Hussein have Kuwait and
kept the Islamic extremists under his heel,the oil flowing and the
Arabs with no cause to rally around.
Sometimes taking the moral stand has a huge cost, and in this case
it's both trying to do the right thing, and the administration being so
friggin' crooked it makes LBJ's drunken mentally ill decisions on
Vietnam look good.
In short **** the Islamic extremists, Hussein, and the Administration.

Sorry, was going to leave it at that but I can't.
Coulter is easy to get a handle on.
This Administration (I use a capital because they see themselves that
way) could decide that, Since God did it to the Egyptians in the Bible,
exterminating the first born of all the Islamists would be a good
strategy for reducing future terrorists and perfectly justified and
morally acceptable.
Coulter would be the first to line up and lead the cheers for this
program, along with Malkin, and make the case as forcefully as
possible. Though Malkin might argue they should just be interred in
camps like Guantanamo for the duration.
