Default Places to stay while cycling french alps?

We are planing a trip during the tour de france are are having some trouble
researching places to stay in the french alps. Ideally we would like to rent a
Gite or condo. Something near St. Jean de Maurienne or Champagnole. Any
advice is greatly appreciated.

Please respond to

Thanks
Brad

Or you could camp. Loads of campsites.

Then there's always Google. Google is your friend.

Be warned though campsites get very, very busy during Le Tour

But a LOT of impromptu ones set up.
There will always be _somewhere_ to pitch a tent.

Don't know those places but Google for Morzine will give you loads of stuff.

I know this is no help, but for some reason as my eyes rapidly scanned your
message I read that you were looking for places near St. Jean de Campagnolo
;-) Wonder why?
