Default Polyurethane Glue Repairs Many Punctures Much Cheaper, Easier &More Reliabily Than Vulcanizing Patches

And with enough water, almost as fast.

The glue expands 3X on curing which pre stresses the butyl rubber area near the puncture to about where it would be after inflation. It can be inflated to full volume w/o stressing the bond very much.

Dab a little glue onto / into the inner tube puncture and swab, spray or dip it into water.

That's it. You don't even need or want to dry it off.

The water will polymerize the glue inside the inner tube as well so all the glue becomes an elastomeric solid.

Greatest hack ever.
