Default Smallest chainring 4 Suntour Cyclone crank?

What is the smallest chainring that can be put on a DOUBLE Suntour Cyclone crank? I noticed that the BCD is a bit larger than the Old School Shimano 600 EX or 600 Arabesque pattern.

Cheers

Should be 130mm, smallest is 39t.

(possibly an SR-Sakae 130x38 but just like 144mm 41 teeth,
my require filing on top of crank web)
