natural trials tires.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ A poll associated with this post was created, to vote and see the results, please visit http://www.unicyclist.com/thread/53048 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question: what tire do you like for natural trials? - Maxxis CC - Tryall Sticky - Luna - other - I want to vote in this thread but don't know anything about trials ------------------------------------------------------------------------ yea, I've been using my CC for a while now and really like it, but the tryall sticky looks really nice for natural trials, and then the monty 2.7" tire looks really nice and big and it sais it's soft rubber like the CC. I want a grippy tire as much as or more than the CC, and bouncy. so yeah, what does everyone who does natural trials or plain normal trials like? ps. I hate the luna, so don't say that I should get that please. -Miles -- mornish tobbogonist wrote: that was neat, now i only have to put it to use. parents banned my uni due to low school marks so if there are any nerds out there with a kind heart, i have a psychology assignment that is a few weeks over due, it is on intelligence. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mornish's Profile: http://www.unicyclist.com/profile/11658 View this thread: http://www.unicyclist.com/thread/53048 |

I voted for the cc, but I've never tried anything else. Tell me what you get, and how you like it. Sorry for the no-help -- onelesscar mmm...i love my qu-ax...and now my kh 20... I love my CC!!! Even though most of the knobs have been worn down, it still has plenty of life and grip left. During any weather, from below freezing, to 100s, it has never failed me. There are plenty of time the tire has saved me form how well it sticks to what I am jumping on. Barely landing on a edge and having the tire grip so well, has saved me form a lot of wrecks, and allowed me to land on some really odd obstacle, where some other tire may not be able to grip to enough. -- Jerrick ~*~!I ride for Christ, Fun, Challenges, and a lot more!~*~ '!Gallery!' I like it because it came on my KH, and I figure he knows what he's doing. -- onelesscar mmm...i love my qu-ax...and now my kh 20... "Clubbing isn't just for seals anymore..." The luna is very slippery because it is harder rubber, both the try-all and cc have softer rubber. I voted for the try-all though because the tread pattern is a bit more agressive. Although the CC has more tread over the tire, the try-all is much sharper and digs in more whereas the cc has to be at a very very low pressure to really conform to uneven areas. This would help alot on things such as angled rocks and thing that have moss and such on them. I still love my luna and its super sidewalls but for natural tryalls go for the TRY-ALL. -- ntappin 'how to build a strong comfy saddle from junk.'
