(We're still livin' in the '80's here!). Randy Yes, almost all freewheel attachment threads are interchangeable. They're 1.37" x 24tpi, IIRC. This was a great boon to those of us who liked to do weird things back then- like putting Regina freewheels on Suntour hubs. Going back further (like, the '60's, man...) you might encounter French-threaded hubs and freewheels. These were not compatible with English threads and could damage the hub threads if forced.
