SRAM X-Ray Shifter Manual (online)?

I was wondering if anyone had links to SRAM X-Ray grip shifters manual?
These things are old but work well and the SRAM site no longer post the
manuals which seems like a waste to me since a 2MB pdf doesn't cost much to
leave online.
