UK End to End (LEJOG) Report
This July I took the treadly from Tasmania to the UK and cycle/camped from
Lands End to John o Groats, climbing the three peaks on the way. It is a fairly common jaunt for UK cyclists, who usually do it in about 2 weeks. My effort took 4 weeks for 2,300km at a reasonably leisurely 80km/day. Highly recommended for those with the time and inclination. There are many useful links online to assist with planning. For anyone interested there is a trip report at: http://www.vision.net.au/~7hills/2006_end2end_3peaks Cheers, Dave H |
