LANDIS AT THE BAR

The outlook wasn't brilliant for the Phonak squad that day.
The stage before, their jersied leader'd let his rivals ride away.
His deficits of energy could bankrupt Credit Lyonnais.
Eight minutes back, the team was left in total disarray.

But Floyd erased his deficits 'midst claims a winner never quits
And rode to Paris in the Maillot Jaune.
It weren't 'til later this violator (so ruled the arbitrator)
Was shown to have done so wrong.

'Cause testing showed something amiss
With the sample of stage dix-sept ****.
"You've made a big mistake!", cried he.
The lab confirmed with Sample B.

Floyd still claims he was railroaded,
That his moral code ain't been eroded.
But now he's been stripped of his Le Tour win,
In lieu gets a spot on Trophée Maurice Garin.

O somewhere there are those who hope that with his last appeal
That Floyd'll somehow demonstrate how he got a raw deal.
But many think it's time he'd cease to whine and pout
And retire to Farmersville - Floyd Landis was thrown out.

Floyd should have saved the $$$ he's spending on the appeals. He's
gonna need them.

the affair is soooooo prixposturous, a conclusion of guilty is well,
prixposturous. Don Q' Landis and the windmills.
Kinda like the megabuck nut group investing in civilian space travel.
Gates delivering health care to Africa. Spitizer getting fresh pussy
and not getting caught.
I can't find the words or the metaphors.

Seems you're the only one who gives a crap. People are more
interested in discussing what that s***head Dolan has to say than
Landis.
