Default Don't mess with the Banana Man!

That's one interpretation of this incident where this autistic
teenager puts a banana suit at school and ends up in handcuffs... How
cruel. But wait, he became a hero and the school principal was
dismissed...

"Banana Man Wins: High School Principal Gone"

It may also be interpreted that when you dare to be different,
some people feel threatened. I want to ride with a monkey mask, but
I'm not quite ready yet. I'm waiting to be pushed.

What I mean is I'm afraid I will have to liberate this town alone. I
will ride alone, wearing a monkey mask --that looks more like a
hominid-- and I will take the lane because I need my living space.
"Over my dead body" is my motto. I will go from South Beach to
Hollywood Beach, over the causeways, everywhere I feel the need. Who
can stop me? The mask itself is nothing to be afraid of --except those
who deny evolution and the hunter-gatherer. By the way, our Indians
were hunter-gatherers before they were crowded into reservations or
learned the white man's trade in casinos.

Will I end up like that kid? Maybe worse, but hey winding grinding
bicycling is not my idea of a life worth living.

*A camera and fliers are a must. Easy leisure ride because life is a
beach, or it should be a beach.

Fear can be a way.

Having a quest can be a way.

I see great wisdom in your words. Is wisdom something that should be
saved or given away to the world?

Fear can be the obstacle. You may go through your worst fears and
still come out alive. They make movies about heroes everyday. I saw
one last night about this soldier who came back from Iraq after a
firefight (he exposed himself to be injured) and then robbed a bank to
save his relationship!

In the end he puts a gun to his head and ended his fears and his life.

Homeland Security?
Any cop who wants to?

I've learned that in dealing with cops that you need eyewitnesses.
Otherwise get on your knees and do whatever they tell you saying,
"Yes, sir!"

It's been said that the Sage
is invisible. Being invisible affords luxuries
such as not getting horned by a rhino
nor clawed by a tiger.

Sometimes you want to be invisible (when you are weak), sometimes you
want to show your colors (like the poisonous snake) to signal danger.

It might be possible to be
again as One once was.

Some of them have joined the White Man and beat it. Others are going
fat and dumb in reservations. It's a matter of choice. Riding a horse
is not a choice anymore. Would you ride a horse to the market?

Will I end up like that kid? Maybe worse, but hey winding grinding
bicycling is not my idea of a life worth living.

I have no idea what you're talking about.

Oh I mean, I may be armed by a camera and my powerful fliers. They are
called WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE as my main website. You may see it
here...

However, while in New
York City, I made a decision
to not be myself, so to speak.

Sure, you could get in trouble, unless you claim to be from Timbuktu.

Usually I'm a barefooter.
Being a barefooter draws attention.
Drawing attention can be a hassle.

A barefoot man can not be shoe bomber. Great wisdom!

Going through airports,
getting into restaurants,
even maybe on a subway,
I decided to be invisible.

When you are invisible you may be able not to pay for restaurants and
subways.

That didn't make me a Sage
but it sure made my trip easier
without barefoot hassles.

Maybe you know what I mean.
Or have some slight idea
what my point is.

I get your point. You are going barefoot somewhere.

Taoism might suggest being cautious
but it probably doesn't advise fighting
the flow and being inflexible.

Taoism teaches you survive in the jungle by blending in (camouflage).
Not a bad technique sometimes. Sometimes though you take greater risk
by doing nothing and letting the predators grow stronger. Life is a
struggle.

You might be able to liberate a town.
You may be able to liberate yourself.

Did the Buddha liberate himself? Maybe. Maybe not.

Either way, good luck.

I'm ready to liberate town because I already liberated myself. Aren't
you taking on New York City?

A man barefoot is able to rock the skyscrapers! Step gently as if you
were insignificant. But carry a big stick!

(IS THIS TOO MUCH WISDOM FOR THE WORLD?)

it is what it is. i don't think anybody is hoping for war, but if that
wasn't in the table, then terrorists would just do as they wanted.

Maybe what they want is war. The more terrorists you kill the more
they multiply. That's because of all the collateral damage done by
random violence.

We want to fight them, but we want to prevent terrorism as well. And
that may take doing some "suicidal missions" such as riding a bike.

Deep, very deep.

You must go in a submarine to go deeper.
