Opinions on Felt frames and Felt Components

Considering a Felt purchase with Shimano Dura Ace rear, Ultegra front,
FSA crank. Many compenents are specced as Felt primarily the carbon
fork. Are their frames/forks private label or do they manufacture
their own goods? The frame is 7005 and fork is carbon.

I have a Felt time trial frame and fork and have had no problems. It's
Dura-Ace equipped with Hed tribars and bar end shifters.
