Default WTB: mounting bracket/sensor for old CatEye Micro CC-6000 computer

I have an old CatEye Micro CC-6000 computer (90's model). The cadence
sensor is broken. I'd like to replace the whole mounting
bracket/sensor unit.

The computer has three little metal prongs on the back and slides on to
the bracket. Two wires come out of the bracket and have the cadence
and wheel sensors on the ends of them.

Anyone have a CatEye mounting bracket that looks like this, or know
where I can get one? Thanks!
