Helmet Cover
On a training ride Saturday I got stung (twice) by a bee getting caught
in my helmet. I had a mild allergic reaction, saw a doctor, no real problems. But this is not the first time this has happened and, frankly, I'm getting tired of it. So I'm interested in a helmet cover. The ones I see are designed to keep rain out and your head warm in cold weather. I often cycle in 100 degrees plus so these are not for me. Can anyone provide a pointer to a helmet cover that will proved plenty of ventilation but keep the bees out? TIA, Tom |

Cheap & cheerful, but not the most stylish solution ;-) Cheers, helen s |

Would wearing a do rag help? A critter might still get you through it,
but maybe not. I wear one every day under my helmet to soak up the sweat. |
