Has anybody here done the A1A trip for real? I could use some

Ha ha :-) I'm not going as far as Miami ;-)

And a few essential tools (pump, allen wrenches, screwdriver, etc, patch
kit, spare tubes, tire irons) too.


Yes... Tools are important. Right now, I'm not sure about the expense of
extra tubes because I'm not going to be super far from civilization where I
can pick one up if I need to - but a patch kit would be a stupid thing to
leave behind. I picked up some glass today but it didn't do any damage.
Still, it made me think about such problems - and with all the hurricanes in
the last 2 years, roofing nails are everywhere...
