Right. I use grain fiber myself, usually in the form of shredded wheat or
oatmeal. Keeps things nice and regular. I don't know how I'd eat that
carbon fiber stuff, but if Fab or others want to, they can go right ahead.

"Fred" is the English translation of "Fabrizzio".
