Only a fifth? I suspect that is a motorists definition of running a red light i.e it doesn't count if the light has only been red for ten seconds because motorists pay road tax. If a cyclist crosses a red light 0.01 seconds after red it proves all cyclists run red lights.

there are numerous videos of literally dozens of cyclists ignoring a red
light, one after the other. It is rare to see more than one car jump a
red light, largely because of police cameras, dash cams and number plates.

So you think it is OK for car drivers to jump a red light so long as no other car driver follows?

It is illegal no matter what private vehicle does it.
But the point is that cyclists regularly ignore red lights, very often
just going over in a herd, while it is rare to see more than one car
jump the same red light.

How often do cyclists ignore red lights compared to car drivers?
It would help your case if you can provide evidence to support your claim.

And how about the facts?

newspaper reports, online videos.

Cite them.

How about witnessing it yourself

I witness motorists breaking the law more often than cyclists.

do they let you out?

Childish.

You obviously inhabit somewhere with very few cyclists.

What percentage of motorists break speed limits?

this is a cycling group, please stay on topic.

Please answer the on topic question.

Please answer the on topic question.

How is a question about cars 'on topic' in a cycling group? Take your
car questions to an appropriate group.

The question is not about cars. There is no newsgroup for hypocritical
drivers.
