That famous company, "Ohuhu," has a very nice small pump.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RJTEESO. A little pricey but it's not all
plastic. eBay has them for a bit less.

From one of Scharf's websites: "We believe in guerilla [sic]

That obviously includes spamming rec.bicycles.tech.

He must have a large seat bag. Pump is 7.5" long.

The bags I have on some bikes is this one:
http://www.bvsportgroup.com/saddle-bags/bv-bike-seat-strap-on-saddle-bag-black-large-bv-sb1-l.html

On other bikes I have some older seat bags, but all of them are large
enough for a 7.5" long pump, when it's put in diagonally.

Is that considered a large seat bag?

I use this pump:
http://www.blackburndesign.com/en_ca...l#.Vw5h0vkrLs0

It would fit in my seat bag but I have no room there. This one mounts
under one of my bottle cage mounts. It can pump 130 psi though it gets
harder once over 110. I prefer the C02 method though so this pump now
only gets used to form the tube or when I run out of C02.

It doesn't do schraeder.

Yeah, I saw that one when I was looking for pumps. The problem is that I
need something that does both Presta and Schrader.

This is what I was looking for:

â–* 7.5" or less
â–* Capable of 100psi
â–* Presta/Schrader
â–* Not plastic

There aren't a lot of such pumps around. Lezyne makes two but they are
quire expensive. One is a CO2/hand pump combination but it's $65. It's a
good concept, use CO2 unless you run out.

Have you considered a rotary hand pump?
http://www.rocpumps.com
Specs claim 5-130 psi:

Well, you can set parameters until you're blue in the face and then claim that nothing meets them. No offense to Joerg. Go to the Universal link I sent you or just buy a Pro CNC mini-pump -- if you want to spend the money. That's the pump on my SuperSix, and it works well. I fixed two flats with it last weekend. My seat pack, however, will not fit a 7.5" pump, so it resides on my frame next to the DT cage.

There must be more than a dozen that fit your needs at Universal. https://www.universalcycles.com/shop...p?category=134 Get a tiny Park pump. https://www.universalcycles.com/shop...8&category=134

Get one "made" here in Portland with a metal body and bamboo handle: https://www.universalcycles.com/shop...6&category=134

You don't have to get a funky model imported by a home decor company -- although you could get the clock and the pump, which would be pretty swanky.

Well, for $14 with Amazon Prime, it might be a bargain -- notwithstanding the guerrilla marketing.

LOL, I have nothing to do with the seller of that pump, other than
buying some of them. Frank needs to watch out for those black
helicopters! Oh wait, my commission check from "Ohuhu" just came, now I
can buy that Rivendell bike I've been lusting after.

Hmm. Only one person brags about "guerilla marketing" and doing so by "engaging all segments of the bicycle community." When he then posts out of the blue about how wonderful a product is, it looks just a bit suspicious.

And the company just happens to be located very near his residence...

Oh, and the ebay store selling the pump deals in electronic gizmos and bright
bike taillight bulbs as well. I don't think it's ununreasonable to think
that an EE who travels to Asia scoping out cheap products now has his own
ebay store, and is doing "guerilla [sic] marketing" here. Again.

It's really difficult to pump up a tire with a concept.

Those parameters are not at all unreasonable. I wasn't demanding 160 psi
and 4". Just something that will fit in what I now understand to be a
rather large seat bag.

Very difficult to go through those and find the dimensions. For some
reason they don't think the dimensions are important. The Park Pump is
too long. The Crank Brothers Gem Frame Pump (small) was all that I saw.

There are some articles that compare road pumps, i.e.
http://www.bikeradar.com/us/road/gear/article/best-mini-pumps-for-road-cyclists-43231/

Of those, only one met my rather reasonable criteria.

The truth is that I use a track pump -- the famous SKS Rennkompressor -- on which perhaps half a dozen long strokes blows up a 60x622 Big Apple to a rockhard 2.4 bar (well over 30psi) from which I then let out some air down to 2.03 bar which is the inflation I like. But I sometimes carry a mini pump, which bolts in under my water bottle, when I ride with some careless people. Several that I tried simply didn't pump. They were trash. The one I found, which does both kinds of valve, and which does pump air, is the Topeak Peak DX
http://www.topeak.com/products/Pumps/peakdx2_silver
which was given to me in my "welcome pack" when I joined the Utopia family; Utopia exhaustively tests everything the sell or give their customers. Mine still works well after about ten years, so it was a made well. But I find even a working minipump hard work, and standing bent over the bike to hold the head steady so it doesn't wreck the valve is a pain in the small of the back.

Well, at least Scharfie recommends real products. What do you recommend, Franki-boy, except dud ideas, crooked statistics, and immoral lies? You should look to your own reputation, Krygowski: your name is a byword for hypocritical dishonesty and stupidity.
