Per Section 9 of the Unicycling Society of America, Inc. rules, "Rider,"
and Levels 1 - 4 allow for self-testing. For Levels 5 - 10, one must be
tested by a USA, Inc. approved level tester and have the level tester
report the results of one's test(s) to the USA, Inc. for entry into our
membership database.

For more more details on skills levels and testing, please see the USA,
Inc. rules:

The International Unicycling Federation, Inc. skills levels are slightly
different from the USA, Inc. skills levels. The IUF, Inc. does not
currently offer a program for skills testing and recognition.
