Screw size for front derailleur limit screws

I was working on my beater bike and one of the front derailleur limit
screws went flying. I still have the spring.

Shimano but the model is worn off. It's on a very old (1980's) Univega

The front shifter control was destroyed and I had been using it as a six
speed. I finally replaced the front shifter and it works fine and even
on the large chainring doesn't shift any further so the chain doesn't
come off.
