I can get a flatter belly just by riding 20 or more miles per day and
getting my heart into shape. Just dieting without serious exercise is
not healthy. When I was down to 140 pounds and all my muscles were in my
legs, my belly was so flat it almost hit my backbone when I lay on the
bed. However that was intentional and the plan was to build muscle from
the ground up and no just lose weight and muscle as on a diet. Chiseled
Abs are no good if the internal plumbing is in bad shape. I was into
weight lifting but I am designing a machine that uses car type shock
absorbers for bi directional resistance, so you can start out pushing
hard and fast, and as you muscles wear down, you slow down but can keep
going until you arms (or whatever) are so tired you can't move them
anymore. I prefer to eat healthy and just burn it off.
Good idea, but a lot of metal work.
I'll let you know when I get it built.
