You own 3 what?

Ken

And apparently he bought two more since he posted about owning just
one at 8:56 AM. I hope there isn't a run on them now!

What could it be? I bet the *******'s trying to corner the market on
(gasp) ceramic bearings...

Or stained shorts.

It can't be cerebral neurons, that's for sure.

May be they are non-cerebral neurons

My BF is a working bike. I use it for basic transportation everywhere.
It is made in Oregon by Americans. Designed by Americans. I have had
generally good experiences when I have needed to contact BF, because
they all speak English, and most if not all employees are
college-educated. And they are genuinely concerned about building and
supporting quality products. BF is an American success story, by
anyone's standards.

I really do not understand why so many Usenet 'experts' habitually make
negative / sarcastic comments when someone asks a legitimate question.
One of the first things I developed when I joined the Usenet community
is a thick skin.

I initially hoped that RBT would be troll-free, because my initial
newbie questions were answered professionally, quickly, and in great
detail. Certain people went way out of their way, and were very
generous with their time, to help me out. Their assistance represents
the best that Usenet has to offer: Free advice from fellow bike riders,
who are not trying to sell me anything. Such advice is invaluable.

I have seen some Usenet newsgroups be virtually destroyed by trolls.
Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid such cretins. Anyone who can
avoid drooling into the keyboard is allowed to make his inane comments.

- Jay

Which model you have?

I'm "thinking" of the New World Tourist model to be
used as my only bike for all uses.

Would an example of an inane comment be something like "yeah, I own 3" without
any threading, quoting or clue as to what sort of things those three might be?

Dear Your Royal Highness Ron, God of All Usenet, Chief of Newsgroup
Police:

Au contraire, Kind Sir:

I humbly beg your pardon and forgiveness.

I promise to try to do better in the future, but alas; I fear I will
never be worthy of shining your boots.

Please try to understand that we mortals can never aspire to be You, O
Great Exalted One.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading these miserable
words. They were obviously not worth your valuable time.

Your servant forever,

- Hannibal Lecter, MD
