Default WTB - reasonable tri/TT wheels

I'm doing a triathlon (my first) and would like to get a set of decent
TT wheels. Campy compatible is preferred, but I'd entertain shimano
since I can get a conversion cassette.

And, if anyone has a decent inexpensive TT / Tri bike for sale, I'd
consider that too. It doesnt have to be campy (but that would be
nice).
