What would be the max recommended rider weight for
Dedacciai Optimal EOM 16.50 Steel
and
Dedacciai U2 (U107?) Aluminum

You should ask a builder that uses these tubesets.

KB- 173 lbs.. BRBR

Depends on the builder but really light framesets of any material are not going
to be very reliable. IMO, a bicycle frameset should last for just about forever
if made correctly.
