Default Oval Concepts vs. Ritchey seatpost - setback

Kind of a funny question,

Oval concepts lists 28mm of setback on their seatpost, yet it looks a
lot like the 20mm setback Ritchey post. Does the Oval concepts seatpost
have more setback than a ritchey post, or is this a case of the same
post being measured differently?

TIA,

-n
