Default Good source of bicycle bolts?

Where would be a good place to get an assortment chromed allen head
metric bolts (of sufficient strength) for bicycles in the US? Please
don't say "the hardware store," cause most of them around here carry
only DIN/ISO A2 stainless steel.

You know the story. I bought a used bike, which was mostly parked
outdoors. Most of the bolts have rusted on the button heads, although
the threads are mostly ok due to grease. I'd like to replace all the
rusted ones.

Most of the chrome plated nuts and bolts sold by fastener suppliers are
pretty crudely finished.

European and Japanese bicycle component manufacturers use polished
chrome plated fasteners designed to match their products.

Check out some bike shops that specialize in better quality stuff. If
you have components like Campy or Shimano you can probably order the
replacement fasteners but they'll be expensive.

Chas.
