Default coming back from downtime - sore left back side - cause?

I am coming off 3 weeks rehabbing from an unrelated injury. My biked 10
miles and I am quite sore where my hanstring meets my gluteus. It feels
like right at the back of the joint.

I was refitted about 4 weeks ago but the pain has come and gone for several
months but not this promounced. And now, I can definitely isolate it to
cycling.

This is the first ride in three weeks I don't think it's a overuse - I
started to feel it during the ride. It's not a acute pain - more of a dull
pain that I feel I could stretch out, but I can't. During rehab, they ruled
out back issues with my other injury.

My bike was fit by a very reputable bikeshop with a guy who really knows his
stuff.

Any ideas? How can I check for equal leg length?

Did you do a seat adjustment in case that was the problem? Leg length,
stand in front of mirror with hips showing. Are they uneven? The lower
hip is the shorter leg.
Having said that most people are known to have unequal leg length.
Make sure you are always measure for the shorter one. Leg slightly flexed
when you ride.

Cheers
