Default need help with Toronto to Montreal

We are a group of 100 doing Toronto to Montreal next July.
Starting from University Of Toronto, Campus St. George
Any help with suggestions for routes will be greatly appreciated.
Stops will be Cobourg, Picton, Kingston, Brookville, Cornwall, Dorion
and Montreal.
This year we rode from Boston to Montreal.
