TdF tracking
I haven't seen anyone else mention this but you can track and monitor HTC riders on http://www.google.com/landing/mytrackstour/ I think it's excellent!

Now me: WADA is using this as a pilot program. Next year the pros will have to use these 24/7. They're calling it the Rasmussen Device.
