Default Camelbaks

Add some lite salt and blow the water out of the hose so it won't get damaged when you put it in the freezer.

Saturday I got back and didn't feel too good. After about a half dozen large tumblers, 1/3rd water, 2/3rd juice, 1/3 wine, I felt better.

Then I drank a large tumbler of water in the middle of the night. Then some more water a little later.

Then I spent all day yesterday drinking water.

It took 24 hours to rehydrate.

Once it took 2 days.
