Default Flourescent reflective tape: source

....Found on eBay, a good amount for the money, really a sheet rather than
"tape":

Thin self-adhesive vinyl, ideal for frame tubes, wipes clean easily.
Really is both flourescent and retro-reflective. Looks lime-greeny yellow
in daylight. Not the very most reflective material available but more
practical than thicker & stiffer stuff on curved surfaces, and the
fluorescence is a bonus (if you don't mind the colour!).

Tip: Heat object and tape with hair dryer for best application/removal.

~PB, no connection with seller apart from being a satisfied customer with
now garish bikes :-o
