As a device for holding down the "N" key when the software you are
using doesn't provide the option of "No to All"

But does it have a locking blade



funny you should mention that - the blade is the only tool which locks
in both the folded and open positions. I should be ok though, since I
don't have malicious intent, the blade is less than 3", and if any
copper tries to search me I'll stab him with my pencil.
