For a friend of mine, will a Dura Ace 9000 shifter shift a 11speed cassette

For a friend of mine, will a Dura Ace 9000 shifter shift a 11speed cassette correctly with a Ultegra 6800 rear derailleur? Both are 11-speed, so why not? "I don't have friends with 11-speeds" |

Both are 11-speed, so why not? What I know is that all 11 speed cassettes are interchangeable between DA and Ultegra. This doesn't mean that a Da shifter pulls the same cable length per click as a Ultegra shifter. Because DA in the past was often different from the rest I was wondering. "I don't have friends with 11-speeds" You will be lonely after a couple of years from now or you only have old friends ;-) Lou, still 10 speed |
